Ordinary Visa Application

  • Legal assistance to determine the applicable requirements and procedures for ordinary Visa applications, whether at the Consular offices of Mexico abroad or at the service offices of the National Institute of Migration (INM).
  • Assistance to our clients in scheduling appointments at the Consular offices of Mexico abroad, necessary to initiate the Visa application process.
  • Pre-appointment guidance on the requirements and documents to be submitted, as well as the consular interview process. Once the Visa is approved, all the necessary information for clients’ proper entry into the country is provided.

Resident Card Acquisition

  • Legal counseling to establish the requirements, procedures, timelines, costs, and applicable criteria for the processing and resolution of various immigration procedures and services.
  • Preparation and acquisition of all necessary documentation (formats, immigration forms, notices, letters, payment receipts) for each immigration procedure.
  • Submission of immigration procedures to the relevant office of the National Institute of Migration (INM) corresponding to the address of the interested parties or their workplace address, for obtaining a resident or visitor card, as well as its renewal or replacement, to prove legal residence in national territory.
  • Counseling and support for the Immigration Regularization process, when lacking the necessary documentation to prove a regular immigration status, when immigration documents have expired, or when requirements upon which a stay condition was granted have not been met.

Other Immigration Services

Legal counseling and support for all our clients, whether it’s for the preparation, application, and acquisition of various immigration documents, including:

  1. Change of immigration status, respecting the principle of immigration uniqueness, meaning no foreigner can have two immigration statuses simultaneously.
  2. Digital Multiple Immigration Form (through the INM website), an ongoing pilot program to date.
  3. Exit and return permit.
  4. Provisional document.
  5. ABTC (APEC Business Travel Card) for nationals of economies within the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum, in person at INM service offices.
  6. Notification of changes in civil status, name, nationality, address, or workplace, at INM service offices and within the legal deadline provided for this purpose.
  7. If engaging in paid activities in the country, the submission of the application for obtaining a work permit in either of its two modalities, through a job offer or by providing independent services.
  8. Support for individuals or legal entities issuing job offers to foreign nationals, to obtain an employer registration certificate from INM, or to update such a certificate if necessary.
  9. Departure from the national territory of individuals under guardianship or legal custody.
